For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.  Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.

Dental Insurance

As a service to our patients, our practice is in network with Delta Dental, ADN, and most United Concordia Plans. We are out of network with all other insurances and out of network benefits need to be verified with your insurance. We will complete all necessary forms and bill the insurance on your behalf; however, we remind you that your insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company and, due to varying types of coverage and policy-specific limitations or waiting periods, you are responsible for any balance that remains should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. A pre-treatment estimate can be submitted to your insurance company prior to treatment so that you are aware of your coverage. The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all of our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our fees.
