Dr. Kyre Blair (General Dentist)


Dr. Kyre Blair was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology from the University of Michigan in 2005. Dr. Blair continued her education at the University of Michigan and graduated from their dental school in 2009. Upon graduation from dental school, she and her husband moved back to the Lansing area. Dr. Blair has been practicing in the surrounding Lansing area for the last seven years and recently bought Dr. Michael Novello’s practice. Dr. Blair is excited to be a part of the Holt Community and is very thankful to have a great team that allows her to laugh and have fun during her work days. Dr. Blair has a passion for surgery and also enjoys working with children. She states: “One of my favorite things about my practice here in Holt, is it’s one big family. Having all different ages allows me to do all the various specialties of dentistry, which makes my days fun and exciting!” Dr. Blair also loves the difference she makes in her patient’s lives when she is able to transform their dental health and smiles.

In Dr. Blair’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family, going to church and church events, reading, and watching Michigan Football! Her husband Jonathan is a Clinical Psychologist in East Lansing and she has two young boys, Christian (age 4) and Cameron (age 2).

Dr. Blair has been practicing in the surrounding Lansing area for the last nine years and bought Dr. Michael Novello’s practice in 2014. Dr. Blair is excited to be a part of the Lansing Community and is very thankful to have a great team that allows her to laugh and have fun during her work days. Dr. Abby Boatman

General Dentist

Dr. Abby Boatman was born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Public Health and was a member of the women's volleyball team at Indiana University Purdue University- Indianapolis (IUPUI). She attended the University of Michigan for dental school and graduated with her DDS in 2023. After graduation, Dr. Boatman furthered her dental eduation through a one-year General Practice Residency program at Trinity Health Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, MI. During her time at Trinity Health, she gained experience performing a variety of restorative and surgical procedures. Dr. Boatman also developed a passion for providing dental care to patients with special health care needs. 

Dr. Boatman enjoys the team aspect of dentistry and believes patients are an integral part of that team. She loves working with her patients to address their unique dental needs and create healthier smiles!

In her free time, Dr. Boatman likes baking, reading, pottery, and going for walks with her significant other and their dog, Woody. She enjoys spending time with family and looks forward to being closer to her twin brother and sister-in-law who also live in Lansing. Dr. Boatman is excited to join the Blair Family Dentistry team and provide personalized care to patients in the Lansing community.
