Angie

Registered Dental Assistant

Angie was raised in Lansing, Michigan. She is a Registered / Certified Dental Assistant and received her General Associate’s degree from Lansing Community College in 1996. Angie began her career here at the practice in 2002 and she  loves all areas of dentistry!  Angie enjoys working at Blair Family Dentistry because “Our office is laid back, fun and full of laughs.”

Angie is the proud mother of beautiful twin daughters.  Outside of work, Angie loves to spend time with her daughters at Lake Michigan during the summers.

 

 

Chelsea

Dental Assistant

Chelsea was raised in Portland, Michigan. She is a dental assistant and received her certificate for dental assisting at Ross Medical in 2022. She enjoys helping patients and making them feel their best. In Chelsea’s spare time she enjoys golfing, watching gymnastics and wrestling, being outdoors, and hanging out with her cats. 

Mikayla

Dental Assistant

Mikayla grew up in Canton, Michigan, and currently lives in Lansing where she has lived since 2016. She received her certificate in Dental Assisting from Ross Medical in 2022, and is currently attending classes at Lansing Community College in hopes to attend their Dental Hygiene program. Her favorite thing about working in dentistry is meeting new people every day, and helping people be comfortable and confident with their dental care.

Outside the office, Mikayla enjoys hiking, foraging, crafting and playing video games. She loves animals and nature, and spends lots of time outside. She and her spouse, Stirling, are proud parents to three rambunctious cats; Humphrey, Oscar (pictured), and Marsha.

 

Ellen

Registered Dental Hygienist

Ellen grew up in Battle Creek, MI. After high school she attended Kellogg Community College where she received her associates in applied science degree in 2014. Ellen joined the Blair Family Dentistry team in the spring of 2021. Since then she has met a lot of new patients and is loving every minute of helping her patients have a healthy smile. Outside of the office Ellen enjoys spending time with her family and friends and of course her dog. 

 
 
 
 
 

Julia

Registered Dental Hygienist

Julia is from Laingsburg, Michigan. She graduated from Lansing Community College in 2021 with an Associates degree in Applied Science. Julia is loving her new career and is excited for the years to come.

In her spare time, Julia loves to read and spend time with friends and family. She has three nieces and one nephew who keep her busy.

Casey

Registered Dental Hygienist

Casey is a proud native of Grand Ledge, Michigan, who earned her diploma from Lansing Community College in 2021. She finds genuine fulfillment as a dental hygienist, knowing her work improves people’s oral health, and she looks forward to each patient visit. Outside her profession, Casey is a dedicated mother to a lively six-year-old son, cherishing family moments. During her free time, she enjoys reading for relaxation and baking as a creative outlet, both of which bring her joy.

Nikki

Registered Dental Hygienist

Nikki grew up in the small town of Dansville, Michigan. She earned her degree for Applied Sciences from Lansing Community College in 2013. Her true passion is helping people gain health through their dental care. She enjoys connecting with her patients and earning their trust.

At home, Nikki is a dedicated equestrian, raising and showing her dressage horses. She is married to her husband Jon and has 3 dogs. They also enjoy boating together in the summer. 

Karmen

Office Manager

Karmen grew up in Haslett, MI. She attended GVSU and then worked in medical massage therapy before buying a house in Lansing and adopting a love for the dental field. She now works for Blair Family Dentistry as the Office Manager and truly enjoys helping patients, striving to make every visit a positive happy one! Karmen is a proud mama of two incredible young men and in her spare time enjoys painting, weightlifting and taking weekend trips with her amazing blended family who constantly keep her laughing…she considers herself blessed beyond measure. 

Lyric

Administrative Team

Lyric was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Human Biology from Michigan State University in 2021 and has been interested in the dental field since she was a child.

 
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, reading, and traveling with her friends. 

Elma

Administrative Team

Elma attended college at LCC and MSU before starting her career in the dental field. Aside from helping patients she enjoys reading a good book, working on puzzles and traveling abroad. On the weekends, Elma can be found enjoying her time with family and friends.
